Athletes ages 11–13 12pm-1pm
Athletes ages 8–10 2pm-3pm
IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS. STRENGTHEN YOUR GAME
The program focuses on technical and tactical skills, passing, dribbling, 1v1s, speed and agility, mobility, endurance, and competitive scrimmaging. Training sessions last one hour.
